By accessing or using AIssure, a platform operated by POVIEW.AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Use of Services

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate AIssure, POVIEW.AI or any other person
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others
• To attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other tenants' data, or our systems

Nature of the Service

AIssure is a decision-support tool for AI governance assessment. Its outputs — maturity scores, findings, citations and remediation plans — are intended to be reviewed and finalised by qualified professionals. They do not constitute a regulatory certification, legal advice, or a guarantee of compliance. See our AI Disclaimer.

Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of POVIEW.AI and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Content and evidence you upload remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to process it to deliver your engagement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall AIssure or POVIEW.AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service, with or without notice, where required to protect the platform, other users, or to comply with law, or in accordance with your engagement agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
