AIssure, a platform operated by POVIEW.AI, uses artificial intelligence and machine-learning models, together with a regulatory knowledge graph, to assess evidence against regulatory requirements and to produce governance findings. While we strive for accuracy and defensibility, it is important to understand the nature and limitations of AI-powered systems.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

AI-generated scores, findings, citations and analyses are based on patterns in data and retrieval over regulatory sources, and may not always be accurate, complete or appropriate for your specific circumstances. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of any AI-generated output.

Human Oversight Required

The platform produces defensible drafts, not final answers. All AI-generated outputs are intended to be reviewed and signed off by qualified professionals before being relied upon for board reporting, regulatory submissions or any business decision. AIssure augments professional judgment; it does not replace it.

Not a Certification or Professional Advice

AIssure's outputs are decision-support. They do not constitute a regulatory certification, an audit opinion, or legal, financial or compliance advice, and do not guarantee that any organisation is compliant with any law, regulation or standard. Citations and Grounding

Findings are cited back to primary regulatory text so they can be verified rather than taken on trust. You should verify citations and reasoning against the source materials before relying on them.

Data Privacy and AI Training

We implement governed AI practices to protect your data. We do not use client evidence to train AI models. Client content is processed to generate findings for your engagement in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

Continuous Improvement

Our models, knowledge graph and regulatory sources are updated over time. Results and behaviour may change as they are refined, and the knowledge graph is versioned so prior findings remain reproducible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIssure and POVIEW.AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our AI-powered outputs.

Prohibited Uses

You must not use the platform for any illegal, harmful or malicious purpose, including but not limited to:

• Generating misleading or false information
• Creating content that violates intellectual-property rights
• Activities that could harm individuals or organisations
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or compromise our AI systems
