- Right to rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure — ask us to delete your personal data, under certain conditions.
- Right to restrict processing — ask us to limit how we use your data, under certain conditions.
- Right to data portability — ask us to transfer your data to you or another organisation.
- Right to object — object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data on the following legal bases:
- Consent — for example, analytics cookies, which run only after you consent.
- Contract — processing necessary to deliver an engagement you have with us.
- Legal obligation — processing necessary to comply with the law.
- Legitimate interests — processing necessary for our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
International Data Transfers
Where we transfer personal data outside the UK or EU/EEA — including to our infrastructure and model sub-processors — we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected individuals and the relevant supervisory authority without undue delay, as required by law.

Complaints
If you believe we have not handled your personal data lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
